Texas Toast Pizza Burgers

   This recipe makes 6 sandwiches.

   Pat out the ground chuck into 6 patties.

   In a large skillet on medium heat, cook until no longer pink inside, about 6 minutes per side.

   Heat griddle and on medium heat place the cheese side of the Texas toast down, top with 4 Tablespoons of pizza sauce, cooked beef patty, 1 slice of the mozzerella cheese, 4 slices pepperoni, and top with another 4 Tablespoons of pizza sauce and the top slice of cheese bread (cheese side up).

   Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.

   This takes about 5 minutes per side .

   Use remaining sauce for dipping or for extra on burgers.
