1/2 cup sour cream
Icing
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl; set aside.
