   Cook onions and peppers in oil until tender.

   Add hamburger and cook until meat falls apart.

   Drain fat if necessary.

   Add tomatoes and 1 cup uncooked macaroni or spaghetti or 1/2 cup rice.

   Pour into buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes or until tender in 375u00b0 oven.
