Texas Cornbread Dressing

   Soak cornbread and white bread in broth in a large bowl about 10 minutes.

   Stir until liquid is absorbed.

   Saute onions and celery in butter until tender.

   Add sausage and cook over low heat until sausage is browned.

   Drain.

   Add mixture to bread mixture. Add eggs, salt and pepper; mix well.

   Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish in a 350u00b0 oven for 45 minutes until lightly browned. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
