Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray. (Parchment will help the cookies spread less though.)

Beat together the sugars, butter, salt, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add eggs and mix to combine. Set aside.

Combine flour and baking soda in a smaller bowl and add it to the butter mixture along with frosted flakes, oats and chocolate chips. At this point you can refrigerate the dough until needed, or roll into balls about 2 inches in diameter (or use a cookie scoop), put them on the prepared baking sheet with plenty of space between them and bake for 12-15 minutes. Time will vary depending on whether you like crisp or chewy cookies.
