Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a big frying pan, brown the ground beef, onions and peppers until meat is cooked through and veggies are soft.

Add cumin, chili powder and fajita mix and stir.

Add sour cream and cream cheese and mix well.

Turn off heat and set aside.

Cut each tortilla into 3 equal slices (not wedges).

Cover bottom of a 9x13 casserole with a thin layer of salsa.

Make a layer of tortillas so that the entire bottom is covered, then cover again with more tortilla (3 tortillas total).

Top with half of beef mixture and then with some grated mozzarella (like you would top a lasagna).

Repeat the layer of tortillas with the remaining tortilla pieces.

Add the rest of the beef mixture.

Top with a mix of grated cheddar and mozzarella (or any other good melting cheese of your choice).
