Teriyaki Chicken With Soba Noodles

   In a medium bowl, combine chicken and 1/3 cup marinade. Cover and chill for 2 hours, or overnight.

   Heat peanut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 mins per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for 5 mins then slice thickly.

   Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain. Toss with snow peas, orange segments, onions, ginger and remaining marinade.

   Serve chicken on a bed of noodles, sprinkled with extra onion and sesame seeds.
