   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

   Saute onion in butter and olive oil, add ground beef/turkey and cook until browned.

   Stir in cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper to taste, and spread evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

   Top with frozen Tater Tots and bake for 30 minutes or until Tater Tots are golden brown.

   Remove casserole from oven, top with cheese, and return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
