Size) Black Beans, Drained; 3/4 cups Jack Cheese, Shredded; 1 whole Avocado, Sliced; 1 package Tortillas (12 Ounces, About 8 Small Tortillas); 3 Tablespoons Salsa (any Type)

1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
1/4 cups Red Onion, Chopped

1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained
3/4 cups Jack Cheese, Shredded
1 whole Avocado, Sliced
1 package Tortillas (12 Ounces, About 8 Small Tortillas)
3 Tablespoons Salsa (any Type)

Using a medium skillet, brown ground turkey over medium heat until nicely browned.

Heat a small skillet over medium heat and once hot, add one tortilla, then cheese, meat, avocado, cheese and place another tortilla on top.

Repeat layers until the stack has 3 tortillas.

Heat the tower until the cheese begins to melt, then flip and continue to heat until cheese is completely melted.

Remove from pan.

Top tower with more cheese, sliced avocado and salsa if desired.
