Tasty Soup with Celery Leaves

   Roughly cut the celery leaves, and dice the onion, carrot and potato.

   Slice the bacon into 1 cm pieces and finely chop the garlic.

   Pour olive oil into a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic.

   Add the bacon, and when the oil starts to render, add the vegetables and fry.

   When everything has cooked evenly, add water and bay leaf.

   Skim off any scum, add the soup stock and macaroni, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

   When the macaroni has softened, season with salt and pepper and it's done.
