1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup chicken broth
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili paste or 1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
