   Puncture the potatoes with a fork and microwave about 5 minutes until fairly well done but not mushy.

   Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

   saute the potatoes until they beggin to brown nicely, then and add cilantro and garlic; cook and stir for about 5 minutes.

   Add the cumin, lemon juice and season with the salt and pepper.

   Stir to coat the potatoes, garnish with the green onions and serve.
