   Fillet the fish and cut into pieces of your preferred size.

   I cut each fillet into 3 pieces.

   Place the fish into a plastic bag.

   Add marked ingredients into the plastic bag and coat the fish and marinate for 20~30 minutes.

   The flavor will be stronger when marinated for 30 minutes.

   Dredge the fish pieces in katakuriko, shake off the excess and deep fry until crunchy and golden brown .
