Tarragon Chicken With Linguine

   Cut the chicken into bite sized strips.

   Set aside.

   Cook the pasta according to package directions.

   Drain and set aside.

   In a large frying pan over medium heat, bring the stock to a simmer.

   Add the chicken and cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently.

   Add the mushrooms, carrots, onions, parsley and tarragon.

   Cook until the chicken is tender, about 5 minutes.

   Add the linguini to the pan.

    Toss to combine.

    Heat until everything is heated through.
