Divide into two portions, wrap in plastic wrap or put into plastic bags, shape into squares (13 cm x 13 cm), and let chill in the refrigerator.

Put the finely chopped pineapple and sugar into a pot.

Simmer slowly until the liquid evaporates.

Once the jam has cooled, spread on top of one of the dough squares.

Put the other square on top of Step 6 like a sandwich.
