start the crockpot on medium to high.

add in the sauce a good amount of chili powder and and beans.

drain half of the juice from the beans but add in half of it.

I do this with only one of the cans not both

stir

add in some garlic powder , red pepper flakes, a little bit of chili powder and one packet of taco seasoning.

stir well and cover.

start up the hamburger in a skillet.

add a small amount of garlic ,some chili powder and one to two sprinkles of red pepper flakes if you want extra spice.

add almost half of the second packet of taco seasoning.

cook the hamburger until it is no longer pink.

when fully cooked add in the rest of the taco seasoning.

mix well.

if needed add a small amount of water to it.

add it into the crock pot

cut up the onion and add into the crockpot

stir and let it simmer until your ready to eat.

I keep mine on high for the first two to three hours.

then I change it to medium for awhile.
