1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
¼ cup chopped cilantro
48 wonton wrappers
3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
sour cream
minced red onions or sliced green onion
minced red bell pepper
chopped jalapeno pepper

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

In skillet, cook beef until browned.

Add beans, taco seasoning, cilantro and 2/3 cup water.

Let simmer 5 minute.

Place 24 wrappers in 2 greased (12-wells each) muffin pans; coat with cooking spray.

Spoon 1/2 beef mixture and 1/2 cheese into wells.

Repeat layering with remaining wrappers, beef mixture and cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
