Ingredients: 1 whole Pre-made Pizza Crust (Or You Can Make Your Own); 1/2 cups Refried Beans; 1/2 cups Nacho Cheese Sauce Or Cheese Dip; 1 pound Ground Beef; 1/2 cups Diced Onion; 1/2 cups Diced Green Pepper; 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder; 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin; 1 teaspoon Salt; 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese; 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese; 1 cup Tomatoes, Diced; 2 cups Shredded Lettuce; 1/2 cups Crushed Doritos

1/2 cups Refried Beans
1/2 cups Nacho Cheese Sauce Or Cheese Dip
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 cups Diced Onion
1/2 cups Diced Green Pepper
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Tomatoes, Diced
2 cups Shredded Lettuce
1/2 cups Crushed Doritos

Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Prepare your pizza crust.

I generally just use a Boboli pizza crust and spray it with cooking spray.

Saute the onion and green pepper in a little bit of oil.

Once the vegetables start to sweat and get soft, add the ground beef.

If using a high fat content beef, drain the fat off.

Then add chili powder, cumin and salt.

Spread the refried beans onto the crust.

Next, spread on the nacho cheese sauce.

Layer on the beef mixture next, and top with your shredded cheeses.

Put it in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Pull it out of the oven and let cool slightly.

Then top with tomatoes, lettuce and Dorito chips.

Serve with your favorite taco toppings sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, taco sauce, black olives whatever your heart desires.
