Taco Pie

   In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain well.

   Mix in taco seasoning mix.

   Spread in a 10-inch pie plate.

   In a mixing bowl, combine milk, Bisquick and eggs; beat until smooth.

   Pour over beef mixture.

   Bake, uncovered, at 400u00b0 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.

   Return to oven; bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until bubbly.

   Serve in slices with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa.
