Taco Meatloaf, roasted sweet potatoes, and mix veggies

   Turkey meat, taco seasoning packet, and bread crumbs, put all in bowl and mix together.

   Cook in oven at 375 about an hour covered.

   Remove foll to brown at the end.

   Cut 2 sweet potatoes and cut into cubes.

   In one bowl, add olive oil, pepper and garlic season, brown sugar and paprika toss until coated.

   Bring water to boil and put mixed veggies in.

   Cook until soften and add melted cheddar and mix.

   Everything should take about an hour in a half to cook.
