Bring a pot of water to boil and prepare pasta according to package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, brown the meat and onion together in a large skillet or dutch oven.

(If using sirloin, you will not need to drain.

Otherwise, drain the grease.)

Cut the Velveeta into small cubes while meat is browning and pasta is cooking.

Once pasta and meat are done, drain pasta and meat.

Return meat to skillet or dutch oven.

Add pasta and everything else.

Heat over low heat to melt cheese.

Stir often to mix everything well.
