Taco Casserole Recipe

   Mix grnd beef and onion, browning beef.

   After browning meat add in jar of salsa and hot thoroughly.

   In 9 x 13 dish, make a layer of tortilla shells (usually will take 3 to cover bottom).

   Take half of meat mix and cover shells.

   Take half of both cheese, covering meat.

   Repeat layering, ending with cheese.

   Drop tsp.

   of lowfat sour cream on top layer of cheese.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly microwave at 60% power for 25 min.

    Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes (optional).
