1 lb. beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 c. water
1/2 c. salsa
4 jalapenos
1 pkg. taco seasoning
5 oz. taco chips
2 c. cheese
1 tomato, diced

Cook hamburger; stir in salsa, water, chilies (jalapenos) and onions.

Add taco seasoning. Cook on low 3 to 4 minutes.

In 12 x 8 dish, layer 1/2 chips.

Cover with 1/2 meat and 1 cup cheese. Top with remaining chips, meat sauce and cheese.
