Jack cheese, grated; 1 small can mild chopped green chilies; 1 jar Ortega thick and chunky mild salsa; 1 jar Ortega mild smooth taco sauce; 1/2 tsp. garlic powder; 1/2 tsp. black pepper; 1 can Ranch Style beans; chili powder to taste; 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated; 1 bag Doritos chips

Servings: persons

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
1 small can mild chopped green chilies
1 jar Ortega thick and chunky mild salsa
1 jar Ortega mild smooth taco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 can Ranch Style beans
chili powder to taste
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag Doritos chips

Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

Line a large casserole dish with Doritos.

Layer 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top of chips.

Brown ground beef, adding chili powder, pepper and garlic.

Drain beef. Drain beans and add to beef.

Add 1/2 jar salsa and 3/4 jar smooth taco sauce.

Add chilies.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour beef mixture into casserole dish.

Top with remaining cheese.

Add Doritos in crown-like fashion around side of dish.

Bake for 10 minutes.
