In a large bowl, add the couscous and pour some water on top of it and let it sit there for a few minutes. In the food processor, pulse and chop (each ingredient separately) the tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, mint, green onions, and radishes. You need to make sure that the ingredients are minced. Make sure to add each ingredient to the bowl of couscous after you finish chopping it in the food processor. When all the ingredients are in the bowl, mix them well together. Then add the olive oil, salt, and lemon juice and mix it all together. The key to the dressing is to make sure the lemon juice overpowers the other two ingredients. But you need to taste as you go, adding more or less of the three ingredients to make the perfect dressing. Then add some romaine lettuce around the bowl and serve.
