1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon grnd red pepper
1 clove garlic, finely minced
3 c. broccoli flowerets or possibly 1 pkg. (16 ounce.) frzn broccoli cuts, thawed
1 sm. onion, cut into eighths
1 can (8 ounce.) whole water chestnuts, liquid removed
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. peanuts

Trim fat from pork; cut pork into slices, 2 x 1 x 1/8 inch.

Toss pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, red pepper and garlic in 3 qt casserole.

Cover tightly and chill 20 min.

Cover pork mix tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 min, stirring after 4 min, till pork is no longer pink.

Stir in broccoli, onions, water chestnuts and broth.

Cover tightly and microwave 6 to 7 min, stirring after 3 min, till broccoli is crisp tender.

Stir in peanuts.
