Ingredients: 1 whole round steak, cut into 8 pieces (save bone); 1 green pepper; 2 medium size onions; 4 carrots; 2 large stalks celery; 3 small or 1 large and 1 small can tomato sauce; 1 can tomatoes; 1 can beef gravy; 1 can mushroom gravy; 1 can mushrooms; 6 beef bouillon cubes; Crisco spray; oil; salt and pepper to taste

1 can beef gravy

1 can mushrooms
6 beef bouillon cubes
Crisco spray

salt and pepper to taste

Rinse pieces of steak and let drain.

Chop green pepper into small pieces.

Cut onions into 1/4's.

Cut celery in 1/4's long way and dice into small pieces.

Cut carrots into 1/4's long way and dice into small pieces.

Put all vegetables together after dicing; rinse well and let drain.

Put oil into frying pan. Brown steak on each side.
