Swiss Steak

   Pound flour into steak. Melt fat in skillet and sear steak on both sides. Remove steak to large casserole or roaster.

   There should be at least 2 tablespoons fat remaining in the skillet. To this add the flour and blend; stir in tomatoes, seasonings and onion. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Pour over steak; cover roaster and bake in 350u00b0 oven until tender, about 3 hours.
