Swiss Onion Grilled Cheese Sandwich

   Put butter in skillet.Wait until the butter starts to sizzle.Then add onion and brown onion for about 1 to 2 minutes.When onion is brown take out of skillet.

   (don't clean out skillet yet)Prepare sandwich together by adding 1 swiss cheese to bottom sandwich bread,then browned onions and the sandwich bread top.cook sandwich in skillet with remaining butter until sandwich is golden brown.

   (If you want,you can clean out skillet then add butter again but the sandwich won't have that oniony flavor plus cleaning out the skillet again is a lot of work.
