Sweet & Spicey Sandwich

   Scramble eggs and add the cinnamon sugar on top of the eggs once they are cooked.

   Cook the bacon but not crisp, once cooled cut slices in half.

   Slice the bolillo or sub sandwich loaf lengthwise.

   Place the lunch meat on the bottom portion of the bolillo or sub sandwich loaf, then add the egg and then the bacon strips.

   Sprinkle the pinch of salt and pepper on top.

   Top off with the shredded cheese.

   Optional step - drizzle syrup.

   Finish the sandwich by adding the top of the bolillo or sub sandwich loaf.
