Sweet & Spicey Chicken

   Mix the teriyaki sauce and cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Then, add in the melted butter. Stir well. Next, on medium heat, add the chicken breast to the pan. If the pan is dry a small amount of oil may be added. Next, quickly pour in all of the teriyaki and cajun mixture into pan with the chicken breast. Cook the chicken until it is blackened on both sides and done. If the pan becomes dry during cooking, you may add more teriyaki sauce. Then before you remove the chicken breast from the heat, squeeze the juice from the limes, evenly onto the chicken. Serve with rice for a complete meal.
