2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Sprinkle the pork roast with salt and pepper to taste; place in a baking pan.

Roast at 325u00b0 for 1 hour; pour off excess fat. Combine the tomato sauce, lemon juice, water, grated rind, 1/2 teaspoon salt, brown sugar and nutmeg in a saucepan.
