1 cup Cornstarch
1/4 cups Canola Oil
1- 1/2 cup Sugar
8 Tablespoons Ketchup
1/2 cups Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
6 cups Vegetables
