Sweet & Smoky Orange Glazed Chicken

   Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling; add onion.

   Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until onions are golden and caramelized.

   Remove from skillet; set aside.

   Melt remaining butter in same skillet until sizzling; add chicken.

   Cook over medium heat, turning once, 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

   Combine all remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.

   Add to chicken, stirring constantly, 12 minutes or until slightly thickened.

   Stir in cooked onions.

   Serve sauce over chicken and hot cooked rice.
