Sweet Potatoes For Dinner

   Boil the sweet potato and make sure it doesn't over cook

   Steam the chicken and shallow fry it in onion and tomatoes if desired.

   Chop the onion finely and put it in warm water to get rid of bitter taste

   Chop parsley as desired.

   Drain water from onions and in a separate bowl mix the tomatoes onions and parsley together and sprinkle some salt and vinegar and plate it.

   Peel your boiled sweet potato and cut as desired and plate and add the fried chicken.

   Enjoy your meal with Ketchup if desired.
