Sweet Potatoes Aka (Yams)

   In a large cast iron skillet.

   melt butter put in sliced potatoes.

   pour sugar on top of potatoes cover with lid.

4. 4

   cook on med for 30 min or until potatoes are easily mashed.

5. 5

   sprinkle nutmeg on top simmer for 10 more min and turn off the heat to cool.

   juice will thicken while cooling.

7. 7

   eat when ready.
