baked sweet potatoes @ 350 degrees F until soft, (about 45 min depending on size) let cool

peel skin off potatoes add to mixing bowl

add sugar, eggs, milk, salt, 1 stick of butter.

Mix well, put in a buttered dish.

bake @ 350 degrees F for 30 min

Meanwhile for topping in a bowl add brown sugar, flour, cut up butter, pecans.

Mix together so it looks like crumbs.

I find that if I mix it with my hand it gets the right type of crumbs.
