Sweet potatoe pie

   Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork tender

   Remove and cool slightly.

   Place in large mixer and add butter, mix until smooth.

   Stir in remaining ingredients on low speed for 2 minutes.

   Pour into pie pans and place on cookie sheet.

   Bake at 420 for 20 minutes.

   Lower heat to 325 and bake for 55 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
