Sweet Potatoe and Tomatoe Soup

   Peel and dice 1 onion.

   Saute in nonstick pan until translucent, then add 2 minced cloves garlic.

   In large saucepan put onion, garlic, tomatoes and potatoes with basil and oregano.

   Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer until potatoes are tender (about 15 to 20 min).

   Using a hand blender, puree the ingredients of saucepan until smooth.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.
