   boil sweet potatoes in their skins until soft.

   combine sweet potatoes, sugar or syrup and frozen orange juice conctrate in a food processor fitted with a steel blade

   freeze puree until it is almost frozen, but not hard

   serve with sweetened whip cream and chopped candied pecans
