1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. butter

Drain yams.

Reserve 1/2 cup sugar.

Slice yams in half.

Mix cornstarch with yam-syrup and lemon juice.

Place half of yam slices on bottom of 9-inch pie plate.

Top with half the raisins and apples.
