Sweet Potato Pie

   Peel and boil potatoes in pot of water until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

   Drain.

   Beat 4 or 6 times with mixer to get out strings in potatoes while hot.

   Beat eggs well.

   Add condensed milk, sugar to taste, butter, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

   Pour in pie shell and bake at 350u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes, until firm and not shaking or test with a knife in middle comes clean.
