   Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Place the whole sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour or until soft.

   Let the potatoes cool and remove skins and cube into a casserole dish.

   Drizzle the maple syrup and sprinkle the cinnamon over the potatoes.

   Layer the pecans and marshmallows over the top of the casserole, and put a lid on the dish.

   Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for another 20-30 minutes or until the marshmallows are melted.
