1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 stick butter
1/4 c. milk or heavy cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. butter (soft)

Mix white sugar, salt, egg, butter, milk and vanilla. Then add to sweet potatoes. Place in a greased 1-quart casserole. With a fork, mix walnuts, brown sugar, flour and butter. Place on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350u00b0 for 35 minutes.
