Sweet Potato Casserole

   Combine sweet potatoes, 3/4 of the brown sugar substitute, milk, eggs, melted margarine and vanilla.

   Blend well.

   Spoon into a shallow baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray. Combine flour and remaining 1/4 of brown sugar substitute; cut in 1 tablespoon of margarine until mixture is crumbly.

   Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350u00b0 for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
