Sweet Potato Bread

   Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

   With spoon, make a deep well in the center and all the ingredients.

   Stir carefully, just enough to dampen all the dry ingredients.

   Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour. Slice and spread with a mixture of 3 ounces of cream cheese and 3 ounces of butter.

   May be used as a dessert.
