Sweet Pepper Orzo

   Bring water to boil in pan and add orzo.

   Cook for 7 minutes.

   Add peppers and continue cooking for about 2 - 3 minutes until orzo is done to your liking.

   Remove 3 T of the cooking water and set aside.

   Drain orzo.

   In bowl add olive oil and the reserved water to the orzo and salt and pepper to taste.
