Sweet or Savory Bacon Crackers

   Lay out your favorite cracker on a rack on a foil covered baking sheet.

   Place 1 tsp of parmesan or brown sugar on cracker.

   Carefully wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around cracker.

   Bake at 250F for about 1-2 hours, depending on desired crispiness.

   These freeze very well AFTER baking.

   I used the club multi grain crackers.

   You can also play around with the fillings but use something that will freeze well if you are making them ahead of time and freezing.
