Sweet N Sour Pork Stir-Fry

   Stir together the soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and brown sugar.

   Add the pork and marinate for approximately 30 minutes.

   Heat a frying pan or wok on medium heat.

   Use a tablespoon of oil in the pan, and transfer the pork to the pan with a slotted spoon, reserving the leftover marinade.

   Stir-fry until done, 510 minutes, adding the onion and pepper at some point.

   I like to add the onion when the pork is about half-done, and the red pepper right at the end so it doesnt get overdone.

   Meanwhile, stir together the cornstarch, water, and chicken bouillon.

   Add both the cornstarch mixture and the remaining marinade to the pan and bring to a boil.

   Remove from heat and stir in the cashews and snow peas.

    Serve over hot cooked rice.
