Place the milk, strong flour, all purpose flour, cocoa, egg, butter, salt, sugar, and yeast in the bread machine bowl. It is also possible to knead the ingredients by hand or with a mixer for approximately 10 minutes and then let rise until the dough doubles in size.

When the cocoa bread is done, let it cool completely. Or if not using a bread machine bake the bread for approximately 40 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius and let cool.

Beat for an additional 2 minutes, the mixture should be creamy.
